What qualifications are required to become a caregiver at CIMA Home Care?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Comprehend the basics of personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Have a minimum of 2 years of caregiver experience
- Hold a current State Care Aide Registry registration
- Pass a DOJ fingerprint background check
- Pass a DMV record check
- Hold current First Aid/CPR certification
- Provide tuberculosis clearance
- Complete state-required training
